Great Western Railway - Permanent Way ‘Toad’ Brake Van

This model is a basic ‘ready to run’ GWR ‘Toad’ Brake Van, which has been taken apart in order to ‘fill in’ the previously open verandah end and then rebuilt into this unusual and sought after item. It was then repainted with new lettering and numbering, then finished with a coat of matt varnish. Where necessary, couplings would be upgraded to the modern narrow type.
